IT ASSISTANCE, s.r.o. provides four types of training as part of its educational program, divided according to the target group, scope, and purpose of the training.

Our training partners are the certification authority DNV and, on the technical side, ALEF NULA, a.s.

Types of training:

Basic Information Security Training (ISMS/Cybersecurity Basics)

  • A 2-day training that covers basic familiarization with the issues and principles of cyber and information security.

Standard Information Security Training (ISMS/Cybersecurity Basics)

  • A 4-day training that expands on the basic training topics with greater detail and practical examples.

Implementation Training for Information Security (ISMS/Cybersecurity Basics)

  • This implementation training is designed for organizations that, for example, do not have budget resources for individual implementation of Cybersecurity Basics or ISMS (so-called turnkey implementation). Under more favorable financial conditions, you will have a trained and knowledgeable employee prepared within your company who will carry out these activities under our guidance and will also be able to perform these tasks independently after implementation, for example, as a Cybersecurity Manager.
  • The implementation training is longer-term (6 months). It is intended for Cybersecurity Managers or competent responsible persons tasked with implementing Cybersecurity Basics requirements.

Individual Training and Consultations on Information Security (ISMS/Cybersecurity Basics/GDPR)

  • Conducted individually based on client requirements. Consultations can take place online, at our company, or at the client’s premises (by agreement).
  • Consultations can be used, for example, for training on Cybersecurity Basics, ISMS, GDPR, or for solving more complex organizational situations and processes, such as IT environment architecture changes, assistance with Cybersecurity Basics audits, incident resolution, etc.
  • It is also commonly used in the preparation process before audits. According to requirements, individual training can also be directed to larger groups of employees.
